Many of you have already heard my void deck birth story via IGTV and I'm so glad you either found it hilarious or inspiring. I'm sure some also freaked out because it seems impossible that anyone could labour outside of the hospital right? It's my first blog for the year, mid January and I am feeling slightly overwhelmed.  Our body absorbs energy around us. Just like when we are stuck in a noisy and crowded place, the last thing on our mind is to escape to somewhere quiet. #selbsseries | 2020 Mantra

Since 2017, I’ve been visualising my resolution through words and penning them down as a point of reference.In my first year practising this concept, the word I wrote was BREATHE. When I had that word in mind, I wanted it to remind myself to stay calm and Zen when Im going through something tough. And true enough, I breathed through the year coz I got hit with a very challenging pregnancy. #lullyslist | I got engaged!

Hey, I hope all of you had a great time well spent during this festive break mid week and the upcoming new years holiday. Last Saturday was a very special day as I got engaged. It was double happiness to know that Selb gave birth to her second child a day before my engagement; like how our birthdays are also a day apart.  Pior to preparing for the event I was quite anxious, cleaning up the house especially my room which was full of art materials.
