1. HOW DO I ORDER A PRODUCT?
Simply click on the product you like, add the Quantity of each item you’d like to order and then click on the ADD TO CART button. When you are ready, just click on the CART icon which you can find at the top right of the page. You can also review the items in your cart before clicking on 'CHECKOUT' to complete your order.


2. DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
You can shop at Lully Selb without creating an account.

However, register with us and you'll be able to track your orders, review past purchases and save your address and card details for your convenience.

Lully Selb account members can also look forward to benefits and special promotions by spending over SGD$150 to receive a lifetime VIP Loyalty Program membership.


3. HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER? CAN I PAY WITH A BANK TRANSFER?
Once you have ordered online you can pay via Paypal or by Bank Transfer. Please note that you do not need to have a Paypal account in order to pay and that all major credit cards are accepted. 

Via Paypal/Credit Card
At checkout you will be directed to a Paypal page to pay for your order. After payment is received you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that if you have any special requests, then please do put these in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS section before checking out. You can also email us to advise us separately of your request.

Via Bank Transfer
At checkout you can select Bank Transfer as an option. Please refer to the instructions given for the next steps. We will email you to confirm your order once the bank transfer has been completed. Pls transfer to POSB eCurrent Account; 707-103426.


4. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS SUCCESSFUL?
Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an email confirmation that contains your order number and purchase details. A separate email will be sent to notify you once the order has been shipped. If you create an account with us prior to checkout, you can log into your account and check the status of your order.


5. WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?  WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?

6. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

7. CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
If your purchases have not already been prepared for shipping then we can amend your order after it has been placed. To check on the status of your order simply email us directly with your order number at hey@lullyselb.com with any changes.


8. WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
We offer a 7 day exchange policy for sizes, defective or damaged items. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Sale or Pre-order pieces are not eligible for a refund unless deemed faulty. Shipping costs are not refunded.

9. WHAT IS THE LS FREE TRIAL PROGRAM?
We have faith in our LS community. We offer this service so that you may try our shawls in the comfort of your own home and trust that you’ll honour your word by making payment if you choose to keep your shawl. We hope that you will continue to support our faith in creating beautiful designs for the LS community!

  3.  The shawl will be delivered to your mailbox
  4.  Love it? Pay and keep it! Not right for you? Return it!

10. WHAT ARE THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE FREE LS TRIAL PROGRAM?
  • Limited to first 30 customers. 
  • Only valid for orders in Singapore. Not applicable for worldwide shipping
  • One (1) shawl per customer. 
  • Shipping fee is $3.90 and includes return mailer.
  • If you want to keep it, please make a payment via PayNow to 93852142 or do a bank transfer to POSB eCurrent Account; 707-103426.
  • If it’s not right for you, return it to us by packing the shawl in the return polymailer, and simply drop it at any mailbox.
  • We have faith in our LS community.
