My first umrah trip was about 5 years ago, during Ramadhan and I remember making lots of doas that I will get married soon. My prayer wasn't answered immediately, Allah knows best but I'm so blessed that after 5 years, I got married to a special person and we made a promise to do umrah together that same year. Alhamdulillah, we were invited to the House of God, Makkah Al Mukarramah and spent the last days of 2016 in the blessed place.   Because we entered Makkah straight, we had to put on the ihram right from our home in Singapore. #lullyslist| Prints recap!

I'm so blessed that Lully Selb happened! I knew that I'm going to design shawls when I made my decision to don the hijab back then. We have come thus far, here are the designs from 2016. Which one is your favorite? The first three shawls were inspired by the architecture of Museum of Islamic Art is Qatar. Sheikha Hub brought us and a handful of designers to participate in a fashion show for Heya Arabian Fashion Exhibition. #lullyslist | Weekend Escapade

Last weekend, my girlfriends of fifteen years and I went for our first trip out of Singapore. Being such adreanline junkie, we went to Sunway Lagoon for a short escapade. Once we checked in at Sunway Resort Suites, we changed into our wet activity gear. I wore my sister's Burqini with an additional onesie tudung.  We went for dry and wet rides one after another. Unlike the Universal Studio here, we could stay in our seats and request for another ride. My chest felt tired from the screaming and we waited for the waves at the pool. Funny encounters happened!
