2016 will be another year of exciting things planned for our #lullyselbsquad. Before we reveal our plans and collections though, we’d like to pause for a while and start the year right. In order to get the creative juices out to produce our works, it’s a good time to throw away the bad habits and clear the negativity around us. Great ideas can only happen with a clear mind, so these are our resolutions for 2016:
Hey guys, happy new year! We’re almost through with the first week of 2016 so I hope you’ve been good with your resolutions so far. One of my resolutions this year is to be healthier and get back in shape. My favourite workouts have always been dancing so for this week’s #lullyslist, I picked my favourite Zumba videos which are easy to follow.
As we welcome 2016, it’s time to look back and remember the ups and downs of 2015. As for me, the best thing that happened was launching Lully Selb. Indeed it’s been a crazy roller coaster ride, but every little moment was meant to happen – all for the better. Since then, I have been more observant and keep a closer look on what’s in and out on the modest fashion scene. Across the globe, many young women are expressing themselves in different interesting ways and so I’ve picked up my favourite best looks for Modest Wear of 2015.
We believe in not letting stereotypes define us. We are the go-getters, dreamers, creatives, listeners, hustlers, caregivers, peace-makers, artists, writers, readers, film-makers, teachers, musicians, skaters, whoever we want to be.We are the Lully Selb Squad and these are our stories.
For this week’s #lullyslists, I have picked three of my favourite books (and showcase some of my favourite pages from them as well!) and would often revisit them whenever I have a creative block.
