It’s been a while since I did a styling blog and this one is pretty challenging coz trying to look good with a pregnant belly ain’t so easy. Wonder how do those hot mommies do it on Instagram, with perfect ootds and so effortless!
In this Selb Series, I played around with all of our existing collections and kinda mixed them all up together with my own wardrobe staples. (Which many of you have too, real basics).
So this first look is featuring black row pants (left) and black row jacket (right ) inspired by our trip to Doha; lovely geometric motifs captured from the museum we visited.

Glam up this pants with a pair of hot pink heels and structured top or chill down with comfy white sneakers. The black row jacket can be paired with the black row pants too as a set, matching motifs! Lastly for a festive look, I’ve paired the printed skirt from our latest Eid collection with this jacket and a turban style for and edgy look.

In these next looks, I matched the white dots jacket with the black row pants and added some nude brown tones (shawl and shoes) to this monochrome outfit. Rather than going all nude, I like to keep the look strong and stay faithful with black and white. Of course, for a sharper look I’ve paired the jacket with our straight cut geometry pants and a pair of black heels. You can even zip it up for a clean look. Off you go for your meeting!

If you have a statement piece like this top I’m wearing below, the geometry pants adds another dimension to the look instead of boring black or white pants. I’ve also matched my all time graphic shawl to match the bottom. This look is so chic - can’t wait to wear it once I give birth, cos now I’m cheating without zipping the back fully!!

Top: My own wardrobe
Bottom : Geometric pants
Shawl : Graphic shawl
Shoes : Pedro
Last 2 looks feature the tunic zipper top that comes in a really sweet shade of pink. I have to admit it’s not so me, but it’s so comfortable that it’s on my repeat mode. If you think this is too pinky for you, throw in your basic black bottoms or denim and its goodbye to that cliche girly look!

I like to keep the styling practical, easy and fuss free. Forget the fancy pieces just for the sake of ootd, cos keeping things real is good. Plus our prints are already a statement work of art, there is no need to over think when getting ready.
Pssss…. all of these pieces are on sale!! There is further discount for current sale items too! Go check it, link right here! Remember to type promo code 50off at check out!
